Step 1: Pay Registration Fee

Please make the registration fee payment first before filling out the registration form. You can also optionally pay for extra pages if your paper exceeds the allowed page limit.

Required for all authors and participants. Choose this option to pay your main registration fee.

Registration deadline is 30th December 2025.

❌ Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

👥 Accompanying person fee includes only conference lunch and snacks.

🏨 Limited campus accommodation (single/shared rooms) will be offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Registration Details

  • The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Registration is considered complete only after all steps are done.
  • Save a copy of your payment receipt or transaction details.
  • Non-authors can also attend under “participants without paper” category.
  • Include accompanying person details while filling the form.
